Our Humanities research bridges computing and the human experience, exploring how computing can deepen our understanding of culture, history, language, and society. We collaborate across disciplines, especially with the Centre for Creative Technologies and the College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Celtic Studies in Galway, as well as with external collaborators in Ireland and internationally. We develop digital tools that support analysis, preservation, and storytelling. By integrating computational methods with critical enquiry, we aim to enrich both the sciences and the humanities.
