Research Assistant
Jake completed his PhD in the Discipline of Pathology at the University of Galway in 2024, researching the pro-tumourigenic effects of nitric oxide on prostate cancer development. He joined the Molecular Parasitology Laboratory as a Research Assistant in 2024, where he is investigating the early-stage development of Fasciola hepatica and parasite-host interactions via 3D in-vitro cell culture systems.
