Jane Adaline Reilly is the founder of Everyday Business, a Longford-based consultancy that helps small and growing businesses replace paper, disconnected tools and manual admin with practical digital systems and AI. Her focus is on right-sized technology that businesses can run themselves, giving owners and teams time back in their day.

Jane founded Everyday Business in 2026 after more than 20 years building systems that transform how people work. Most recently she was Director of Software Engineering at ServiceNow in Dublin, where she led the Impact teams across EMEA and oversaw AI governance and the global deployment of AI capabilities. She has led engineering teams across Ireland, Europe, India and the US, in organisations ranging from agile start-ups to global enterprises such as Ericsson, Workday and Microsoft. Her work has spanned energy trading, telecommunications, financial services, HR and project management, as well as public-sector partnerships and community development.

Jane holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the Technical University of the Shannon, along with postgraduate certifications in AI and Learning from NUI Galway and NUI Maynooth. A long-time advocate for data and machine learning, she has led collaborative research with Irish universities on areas such as short-term energy price forecasting and AI-driven workflow optimisation.

She is especially drawn to work at the intersection of behavioural science and computer science, where AI and technology can meaningfully change how people work, collaborate and make decisions. Through Everyday Business, she brings enterprise-grade thinking to SMEs across the midlands and beyond.
